This is the first time i've been impressed by the quality of customer service at stake and shake, and the food was fantastic And not too oily. The guy at the drive through had high energy. Good customer service and told us to have a good day. And the food came fast and he answered all our questions without attitude and it was amazing through the drive thru. Then,I drove back and I went inside after twenty minutes of getting my order For something else that had to do with an order. And the people in there were so nice, so organized and clean, respectful, and they were saying, thank you, sir. And have a good day and sorry about that etc. And all this stuff that you don't normally get at fast food restaurants. It literally felt like I was at a chick fil a. With people who had integrity in their job no matter how small the pay. I hope these new employees that I haven't seen before Stay for a while... And if they do I will be coming back My hour lunch in my car was fantastic thanks to this place!

Manager Edward is an outstanding person. I was unable to pay the full amount on my purchase due to other issues not only did he paid the difference . I made sure that my order was placed with the night cook. I was very pleased and satisfied with the whole order

My visit to day to this location consisted of the cleanest most well run fast food restaurant I have been to in a long long time. My meal was very well presented and delicious, And the sweet server Mo made me feel extra welcome. Anytime that I am in this area around lunch time I will certainly stop back in.

This is the best customer service in a Steak and Shake we had.. we asked for some steak seasoning and the night manager hook us up with the new steak and fry seasoning shaker and it has made all our steak and shakes visits lovely.. I didn't got her name but she rocks.. and this location is amazing.. food was on point to hope it stays like this so we can rely on this location often..

Burgers and fries were good. Service was a bit slow. Took 30 mins to get two meals. Place could use a good cleaning. Staff was friendly.

Husband and I have come here a few times and it's been okay.But we came today, and it was wonderful.The food was nice and hot and fresh. All of the condiments and everything were fully stocked, employees were friendly and just had an overall good experience.
